The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Parties and loud gatherings are not permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
02Arrivals & departures+
Check-in and check-out arrangements are confirmed personally before your arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
03Deposits & utilities+
A refundable security deposit may be required. The deposit amount, rental inclusions, electricity and water arrangements will be confirmed before you book.
04Bringing a little companion+
Small, well-behaved pets may be welcomed with prior approval. Please include details in your enquiry.
05A note for families+
